    Skylar Schlunz

    Skylar Schlunz is the Owner and Project Developer of SRC Design & Build, a Central Oregon–based design-build firm specializing in custom homes, remodels, and value-driven residential development.

    Skylar began his career in construction at a young age in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of residential projects. From early field work to managing complex builds, those formative years shaped his practical understanding of construction, project coordination, and the importance of doing things the right way—on site and behind the scenes.

    Driven by a passion for custom homes and thoughtful design, Skylar relocated to Central Oregon to continue growing his career while building a life and family in a community he values. He founded SRC with a clear mission: to provide Central Oregon homeowners with a true design-build experience that prioritizes realistic budgets, transparent timelines, and uncompromising quality.

    Today, Skylar remains deeply involved in every project, overseeing development, construction, and client coordination to ensure each build is executed with clarity, integrity, and attention to detail. His hands-on approach, combined with a strong network of trusted trade partners, allows SRC to deliver well-designed, well-built homes that stand the test of time.

    Paige Wilkins

    Paige Wilkins is an interior designer based in Central Oregon, creating spaces rooted in warmth, texture, and a strong sense of place. Her work blends layered materials, natural elements, and thoughtfully sourced pieces to design homes that feel both elevated and deeply livable. Inspired by the West, Paige designs spaces that feel collected, grounded, and timeless. She believes the most meaningful homes are layered over time—reflecting the people who live there and the lives they’re building.
